Maria Bermudez is currently a second-year PhD student in philosophy at the Pennsylvania State University. She primarily works on environmental and political philosophy, with a special interest in climate migration and its moral and legal implications. She received a bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy from Georgia College & State University.
