Eduardo is a tireless advocate for Puerto Ricans and Puerto Rico based in Washington DC. His natural ability to connect with others allows him to effectively work in teams and his organizational skills ensure that plans  come to fruition. Currently he is focusing his efforts on promoting Puerto Rico's economic development, social justice and environmental conservation.

He was born and raised in San Juan and is a proud graduate of the University of Puerto Rico. He started his career as a consultant for a Big 4 consulting firm where he specialized in financial systems and accounting integration, strategy, and major transformations through technology and process reengineering. He also has extensive knowledge working with non-profits in the DC Metropolitan Area.

On his free time, he is an avid sailor. He fell in love with the sport and he became a sailing instructor certified by the American Sailing Association and has held several leadership positions at DC's premier sailing club, Pentagon Sailing Club (PSC) where he served as Commodore (president) for several years. He also serves as council president at Hope Lutheran Church in Annandale. He resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with the rest of the Conde Clan - his two boys, wife and mother.
