Adele Ferranti has been at NYSERDA for 28 years: managing R&D projects for approximtaley 10 years; developed and managed NYSERDA's first PV incentive program; managed the residential energy products program, including appliance rebate and high efficiency lighting programs; developed and managed ward-winning residential marketing initiatives; k-12 energy training initiatives and; clean energy workforce training programs for over fifteen years. For the past four years, she has been focusing on workforce training initiatives. Workforce training includes energy efficiency and renewable energy technical training programs for new and existing workers throughout the clean energy supply chain.
